Short description
In order to help provide for a safe working environment for onsite activity during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Portable Air Purifying Units with HEPA Filter Technology to GMIT or TU partners and associated products and maintenance.
Tenderers are invited under the open procedure for suitably qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Portable Air Purifying Units and associated products in various sizes. Delivery may be required to all Campuses, Centres under the remit of Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology or TU Partners. Please refer to ITT for full details.

Description of the procurement
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Portable Air Purifying Units with HEPA Filter Technology to GMIT or TU partners and associated products and maintenance as per specification below.
Tenderers are invited under the open procedure for suitably qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Portable Air Purifying Units and associated products in various sizes. Delivery may be required to all Campuses, Centres under the remit of Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology or TU Partners.
