The Dublin City Council Housing Programme 2022-2026 is part of the delivery plan under the new Housing for All plan as approved by Government in 2021. Housing for All plans to deliver over 300,000 new homes including 90,000 social homes and 54,000 affordable homes for purchase or rent by 2030 so as to meet the housing deficit in the State over the time period. There are significant targets to be achieved in Dublin City and the Competitive Dialogue Process, Turnkey Programme serves as one of the delivery channels in assisting the Council in providing housing units to the city by collaborating with key stakeholders in the private sector. The Competitive Dialogue Process, Turnkey Programme is a major part of the Council’s housing programme in the execution of the Housing for All Policy and any subsequent national housing delivery programme.
