What We Want
A new system should have a common approach, reducing the number of systems/integrations required and has a strong CRM system. There are 2 options for a new system:
1. to retain Epos Now and integrate it with the new system (full two way integration).
2. to fully replace existing ticketing and epos/retail solutions with an entirely new system that fulfils all the required functions. Please see Appendix 2.2.

Description of the procurement

Ideally Nano Nagle Place are looking to remove the many manual processes that they have, automate more processes and improve the onsite & online customer journey. It is also important to be able to gain more insight on their visitors and improve reporting capability from the chosen system. In order to do this they are keen to reduce the number of systems and integrations or to adopt a single system .
In summary, Nano Nagle Place engages in the following:

• Community Education involving 3 projects across the site
• Membership
• Fundraising
• Conferencing and room bookings
• Landlord, property management
• Events – concerts, talks etc
• Events – weddings, civil ceremonies

• Outdoor events – markets
What We Want to Achieve
The aim for a new CRM/ticketing system is to have a common approach that would reduce the number of systems and integrations required and to have a strong CRM system at the heart of the business. A new epos system, Epos Now was implemented in 2020/21 and therefore there are two options under consideration for a new CRM/Ticketing system:
1. to retaining Epos Now and integrate it with a new ticketing/crm/marketing system – this relies on the creation of a full two way integration.
2. to fully replace all existing ticketing and epos/retail solutions with an entirely new system that fulfils all the required functions. Please see Appendix 2.2 for a detailed overview of what we require should our current EPOS need to be replaced.
We are looking to forge a solid relationship with the right partner and therefore we are interested in your organisational beliefs and how your organisation works.

1. A system that integrates flawless with EPOS-Now (our current epos software);
2. A system that replaces EPOS-Now, but offers the same or better functionality.
