Short description

The MPFA will be based on an initial contract award for the provision of a Prelim Business Case for Housing in Clonburris SDZ (Estimated Housing Delivery in Excess of 2,000 units). SDCC owns approximately 40 hectares of land in the SDZ&SDCC &has initial proposals to develop its land in 6 phases due to the abnormal infrastructure req within the SDZ which housing delivery is reliant upon. SDCC along with its private partners has been successful in receiving provisional URDF funding for the delivery of the abnormal infrastructure within the SDZ. The Housing req& density are set out within the SDZ- provided with the tender documents. It is estimated that Housing delivery on SDCC lands will be in the region of between 2,201units (min density req of SDZ)and 2,662 units (max density req of SDZ). The team appointed must be capable of meeting all public spending code requirements to produce a prelim business case for housing in Clonburris which will exceed €100M &subject to review by DPER.
