The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a multi-party Framework Agreement for Active Travel and associated works on public roads, streetscapes, public open spaces and in other public areas based on a suitability assessment and a schedule of rates document. Works include new footpath works, cycle lanes, light segregation schemes, pedestrian crossings and any other works associated with active travel projects.
Tenderers who satisfy the selection criteria in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire will be eligible for admission to the framework.
Provided a sufficient number of Tenderer's qualify for admission,:
(a) the proposed number of framework contractors in each lot will be a minimum of 5.
Work contracts will be awarded from 3 work Lots, in each of Tipperary County Council's 5 Municipal/Borough Districts
