Short description
Sport Ireland's National Anti-Doping Programme acts to protect Ireland's sporting integrity against the threat of doping.
The Anti-Doping Unit (the “ADU”), a division of Sport Ireland, conducts urine and blood testing on elite athletes. For further information on the ADU see www.sportireland.ie/ Anti-Doping.
The Anti-Doping has a requirement for a service provider to undertake overseas (outside the island of Ireland) out-of-competition blood and urine collection on behalf of Sport Ireland in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and The International Standard for Testing and Investigations.
