Short description

The National Development Finance Agency (the “NDFA”), a business unit of the National Treasury Management Agency, for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (“DHLGH”) gives notice of its intent to procure technical advisory services for the next phase of the Government’s social housing public-private-partnership (“PPP”) programme.
To support the development of the Programme, the NDFA intends to appoint technical advisors in the following disciplines through a combination of single and multi-party frameworks.
1. Architectural
2. Civil and Structural Engineering
3. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
4. Planning
5. Project Management
6. Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
Other specialist technical advice, including site surveys and investigation, may be procured as the programme develops.
The intention is to publish a Contract Notice in early Q1 2022.
