Short description
Iarnród Éireann is seeking to appoint a contractor for building maintenance for various Chief Mechanical Engineers Dept. located at Inchicore Railway Works, Heuston Valeting Plant, Heuston platform support, Connolly Valeting plant and platform support areas, CME North Wall, Dublin Fairview depot, Portlaoise TCD, Cork & Limerick CME buildings and Drogheda CME on the IÉ network. The types of maintenance services covered in the scope of this contract include General Carpentry Work, general Roof repairs, window & door repairs, general electrical & plumbing repairs, cleaning of gutters & roofs, etc.
Examples of maintenance works required will include but are not limited to any of the following:
• Planned preventative maintenance works
• Unplanned maintenance works
• The provision of technical, administrative & skilled personal with transport, associated tools.
• The provision of call out and emergency attendances.
