The proposal seeks to restore and redevelop a vacant public building as a functional town centre space. This project is a flagship project identified in the public consultation stages of the Thurles Town Centre Renewal Strategy.
Tipperary County Council now wishes to engage a Technical Consultant comprising a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Architect-led design team to provide consultancy services in respect of the Project.
