The purpose of this Restricted tender procedure is to establish a Multi-Provider Framework for the installation, maintenance, repair and line rental of High-Speed access connections to Schools. Members of the Framework may be asked, during the lifetime of the Framework, to provide the Services to the Schools locations, currently approximately eight hundred (800) post primary with the addition of similar services to primary schools and other locations as required.
This is a two-step tender process with a Pre-qualification step which will lead on to an Invitation to Tender for shortlisted Candidates only.

Description of the procurement
