Cork County Council (The Client) requires a Consultant Architect or Engineer-Led Design Team for the preparation, planning and detailed design for the upgrade of Mallow Town Municipal Swimming Pool, for which Part 8 Planning has already been obtained, comprising the construction of a new two storey extension to the front, a new multi-purpose room and steamroom extension to the rear, the extension of the main pool hall by half a bay, reconfiguration of the existing dressing rooms and reception area, a new changing village fit-out, the upgrading of the building fabric in terms of roofing, insulation and windows and the extensive upgrade of the mechanical and electrical services to the existing building including pool filtration and air handling together with associated external works on a live pool complex site.

Description of the procurement
