In summary, the Services comprise the provision of Support Services for the implementation of an Integrated Financial Management System (SAP4/HANA ERP) across the Irish Public Health Sector . Specifically the support services will include:
(i) Business process implementation and support;
(ii) Solution build;
(iii) Business process change management support;
(iv) Finance and Procurement Shared Services implementation support;
(v) Deployment to Phase 1 sites ; and
(vi) Application and Development Support for Phase 1 and 2.

Description of the procurement
