The Office of the Chief Information Officer is looking to award a framework agreement for the Supply/Upgrade, Installation, and subsequent Maintenance of PBX/Unified Communications Equipment to the Health Service Executive HSE and HSE funded agencies. Utilising a competent and capable vendor base that can meet the objectives and requirements throughout the lifetime of the framework it will support the HSE’s vision of a centrally hosted voice infrastructure providing communications anytime, anywhere, on all HSE media.

Additional information

HSE has taken the decision to cancel this tender process. As a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the subsequent cyber attack which affected the HSE, it has not been possible to progress the tender within a reasonable time frame. HSE will review the requirement following the cyber attack and re-advertise the tender.
