The Embassy of Ireland in France, 2 rue Rude,75116 Paris, requires the services of a suitably qualified and licenced security services provider to provide 24/7 security guard presence at the Chancery and Ambassador’s residence (same building), particularly to:
• Provide 1 security guard at all times to ensure the security of the property, staff and residents of the Residence and Chancery, screening visitors, monitoring the CCTV and alarm systems, responding to threats and liaising with the emergency services where necessary.
• Receive alarm activations (panic, fire, intruder) and respond according to established procedures agreed between the Embassy and the Security Services Provider.
• Provide additional security guards for major events or in response to a heightened risk assessment, as needed and as agreed in advance between the Embassy and the Security Services Provider.
• Provide ongoing threat assessment and advice in relation to the security of the building as necessary.

Description of the procurement
