Description of the procurement
The Data Protection Commission invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of technical investigation and related services (including but not limited to technical forensics experts) to provide expert assistance and input as may be required in the conduct of its functions including the examination of complaints, conducting of inquiries, investigations and/or any other type of regulatory procedure as the Commission considers appropriate in a given instance. The data collected in such testing and investigations may be required to be analysed and processed by competent technical experts (including but not limited to technical forensics experts) and be made available in the form of a non-technical report to the Commission for consideration in the context of complaint-handling, inquiries and/or any other regulatory procedure at the request of the Commission. Tenderers should refer to Appendix 1 of the RFT for further details of the key requirements for the proposed services.
