Description of the procurement
Lot 1 - Development and Construction Projects less than €6million.
The procurement procedure is analogous to RESTRICTED Procedure, however Applicants are required to upload and submit their response to Prequalification/Selection Criteria (Stage 1) and Tender Response (Stage 2) at the same time. The top 10 scoring applicants that meet the minimum requirements detailed in the Pre-Qualification Criteria will progress to Stage 2 (assuming that number meet the minimum mandatory criteria). Please refer to the ITT published with this contract notice for further details. The procurement documents are available via the eTenders website (www.etenders.gov.ie) RFT 202438.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
