Description of the procurement

Lot 1 - Development and Construction Projects less than €6million.
The procurement procedure is analogous to RESTRICTED Procedure, however Applicants are required to upload and submit their response to Prequalification/Selection Criteria (Stage 1) and Tender Response (Stage 2) at the same time. The top 10 scoring applicants that meet the minimum requirements detailed in the Pre-Qualification Criteria will progress to Stage 2 (assuming that number meet the minimum mandatory criteria).
