Short description

The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers to establish a multiparty framework (4 lots) for the provision of trusted advisor mentor services and advisory support services. The mentor services will directly assist communities in the development of their own renewable electricity generation projects, while the advisory support services will directly assist SEAI in the delivery of the Community Enabling Framework.
