Provision of consultancy services for the delivery of 3 No. projects as listed below (referred to as the initial contract)
• Works to deliver the Thurles link Gate & Pedestrian Walkways
• Works to fit‐out the O’ Dwyer House Studio as student accommodation
• Works to deliver the Summerville House compliance project.
In addition, MIC wish to establish a 4 year Framework for the provision of consultancy services for:-
• design & project management services for Minor Works projects as it seeks to improve, adapt, and extend its Higher Education campus facilities, at its main campus in Limerick city and at St. Patrick's campus, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Minor Works projects may range from minor repairs (circa €50k value) up to a maximum project value of €2m; and advisory services in relation to execution of the campus master‐planninng, capital planning and estate management.
