Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified candidates interested in being considered for the selection of Supplier for Wind Turbine supply contract for Derrinlough Wind Farm. Bord Na Móna Powergen Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bord Na Mona plc, intends to construct a wind farm consisting of 21 wind turbine generators and associated infrastructure on a c. 23601908 Ha site spanning Clongawny and Drinagh Bogsin Co Offaly. It is intended that the wind farm will be developed following a successful bid into a Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS) anticipated in 2022. The Company for this competition includes its subsidiaries existing or yet to be formed.

Description of the procurement

It is intended to establish a special purpose company which will own the Project and for the purpose of this competition and the Services, the Company and any company established or formed for the purposes of the Project shall be treated as being the Company and no further competition will be required. It is intended that the contract will be executed with the successful Applicant by the Company or a subsidiary of the Company or by a company yet to be formed.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
The Company will not conclude this contract to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Council Directive 2014/25/EU, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification on concerned Applicants and Tenderers. The duration of the standstill period will be 14 calendar days where notifications are sent electronically. Statutory Instrument No 131/2010 provides that review procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining the reviewable public contract and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by an infringement of the law in relation in this contract.
