Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic Development DAC now wish to appoint a Real Estate Consultant for provision of Letting Agent services for One Opera Square and Four Opera Square, part of the Project Opera Development. One Opera Square is a six storey over basement office building, which will also provide for retail, café/bar/restaurant use on the ground floor. Four Opera Square is a four storey over basement office building adjoining the new library.
