The deliverable projects will include, but are not limited to, the construction of new residential units (houses and/or apartments) for social and affordable housing, including associated buildings such as community facilities, to meet the needs of the relevant Framework Clients. The duration and value of individual call-off projects/contracts under this Framework will vary depending on the size, complexity and specific nature of the individual project and the level of funding available.
