Short description

CIE Group IT&T seeks to engage a single IT Managed Service Provider for the delivery of a suite of SLA-governed and IT Managed Services (to ITIL standard) from modern data centre facilities (to TIA-942 Tier3 or equivalent standard).
The Service Provider will be responsible for delivery of IT infrastructure projects during the term of the contract
This Managed Service Provider (MSP) will be responsible for the following elements but are not limited to: Storage Administration,
Backup Management , Standard Operations, Server/Client/Patch Management, WAN & LAN Operations, Site Support Services ,Monitoring,Services ,Reporting, Services ,Security Administration, Security Services -24/7.
