Management of Meath Dog Shelter Service at Riggins,Dunshaughlin, County Meath. The contractor shall use the premises for the purpose of the Act to manage the provision of suitable, secure, safe and clean accommodation for the detention of abandoned, stray or unwanted dogs. Meath County Council reserves the right to carry out regular unannounced inspections of the facility including viewing impounded dogs and inspecting all relevant records. The contractor will be obliged to comply with all directions from the appointed Council Officials in this regard. The premises are of adequate size and contain sufficient kennels to cope with expected throughput of 300-500 dogs per annum or up to 20 dogs at any one time.
