Short description

Meath County Council corporate headquarters is located in Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath. The building currently comprises of approximately 400 staff and a working restaurant. Services being tendered are for the Annual Maintenance of the Mechanical and Electrical plant & equipment.
The floor area of the building is approx. 7,800m2. The building has natural gas boilers and air conditioning. The building also contains Air Handling Units (AHU)/ Chilling Units and a Building Management System (BMS).
This initial contract following the completion of this tender will be for the annual maintenance of plant and equipment in Buvinda House. Reactive maintenance may be awarded to the successful tenderer as the need arises in other Meath Co Co Corporate Buildings.

Description of the procurement

Meath County Council corporate headquarters is located in Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath. The building currently comprises of approximately 400 staff and a working restaurant. Services being tendered are for the Annual Maintenance of the Mechanical and Electrical plant & equipment.

Meath County Council recommends visiting the building to inspect the current equipment and gain a better understanding of the requirements.
Visits will be accommodated on Monday the 10th October 2021 and Tuesday the 11th October 2021. Site visits can be organised via the messaging facility on e-Tenders.
This initial contract following the completion of this tender will be for the annual maintenance of plant and equipment in Buvinda House. Reactive maintenance may be awarded to the successful tenderer as the need arises in other Meath Co Co Corporate Buildings.
