Description of the procurement

It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will primarily be used by Clúid’s Legal Department with services and contracts arising in line with operation requirements relating to conveyancing, construction and finance. However, it may be used by other departments within Clúid should the need arise and if the expertise is available within the Legal Firms appointed to the Framework.

Additional information

A decision has been made to collapse this competition without establishing a framework or awarding a contract. It is intended to re-publish this tender opportunity in Q4 2021, with amendments to the ITT to address queries raised during the initial tender process. The amendments will reflect Clúid Housing’s specific requirements and will assist Tenderer’s to interpret these requirements and mandatory criteria in a consistent manner. We would like to sincerely thank you for your interest in this competition and to apologise for any inconvenience caused by our decision to re-tender.
