The University of Limerick is seeking external suppliers to support an internal foresight (futures) process that is focused on mapping responses to COVID and the acceleration of digitalisation and transformation in Higher Education (HE) through strategic foresight and scenario development. This work will augment an internal process that is aimed at developing alternative futures for the University which in turn is supporting the broader University-wide strategic plan as it is rolled out. The envisaged project has four main goals.
a) To design and deliver a series of participatory futures workshops.
b) To generate, synthesise, design & produce a library of visual and interactive futures content.
c) To develop a series of innovation plays that inform the existing strategic planning process in UL.
d) To co-design and develop a launch event at the end of the process to reveal and share the outcomes.
