Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) acting as the Central Purchasing Body (CPB) is coordinating the establishment of a Multi-party Framework Agreement for the procurement of Bitumen Emulsion Supplies and Services. The Framework Agreement will be divided into two separate Lots. Lot 1 for the Supply Only of Bitumen Emulsion products and Lot 2 is for the Supply and Spraying of Bitumen Emulsion products. Mini Competition Contracts awarded under the Framework agreement will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous on the basis of the award criteria set out in the mini competition tender documents
