Short description

The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of a Visitor Management System (VMS) and related Services for the Houses of the Oireachtas.
The Contracting Authority is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament, (Dáil Éireann, Seanad Éireann and Oireachtas Committees), and acts as governing body of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”) (further information is available at www.oireachtas.ie).
This tender process will be conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Public Procurement Guidelines.
