Short description
The objective of this Request for Tenders (RFT) is to invite proposals from suitably qualified Service Providers for the provision software development, system support & operational services, for the 2030 Public Sector Monitoring and Reporting (PSMR) IT System. The system will be used to track progress by public bodies & schools towards their 2030 energy and climate targets as per the Climate Action Plan. Term is for 2 years with SEAI's right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 1 year with a maximum of 3 such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to SEAI's obligations at law.The estimated contract value is €4,000,000 (excl.VAT) over the Term and any possible extensions.Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Agreement & return it signed to SEAI via the messaging facility on eTenders to obtain access to the Annex documents of the tender pack. Description of the procurement
The objective of this Request for Tenders (RFT) is to invite proposals from suitably qualified Service Providers for the provision software development, system support and operational services, for the 2030 Public Sector Monitoring and Reporting (PSMR) IT System. The system will be used to track progress by public bodies and schools towards their 2030 energy and climate targets as per the Climate Action Plan. Please read Appendix 1 Requirements and Specification for an overview of the system including the background and future plans.
The term is for 2 years with SEAI's right to extend the Term for a period or
periods of up to 1 year with a maximum of 3 such extension or extensions on the
same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at
law. The estimated contract value is €4,000,000 (excl.VAT) over the Term and any possible extensions. Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Agreement in the tender pack and return it signed to SEAI via the messaging facility on eTenders to obtain access to the Annex documents of the tender pack.
