Short description
The initial scope of the contract consists of but not limited to; procurement & quality assurance of materials and components, threads, fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing meter modules and materials (including radiography), pressure testing, certification, assembly, painting, delivery and provision of documentation for various gas meter modules.
Each module consists of an inlet valve, gas meter, control valve, filter, pressure regulator (with or without an integral pressure cut-off), relief valve (where applicable), outlet valve and ancillaries together with all necessary pipework and fittings pre-assembled and installed in an enclosure suitable for floor/wall mounting or a support frame. Table 1 below gives details on module, gas meter type and flow, pressure & temperature conditions required for each meter size.

It is envisaged that five (5) Applicants for each lot will be invited to tender (provided five Applicants submit compliant PQQ Responses that meet the minimum requirements).
If more than one Applicant is ranked at fifth place, all the fifth placed Applicants will be invited to tender.
