The Contracting Authority invites tenders under the Open Procedure for the establishment of a single party framework agreement under three lots for the provision of food and beverages on a draw down basis as and when requirements arise.

Lot 2: Frozen & Chilled (Item 2.1-2.5 inclusive)
Lot 3: Sweets Snacks and Minerals (Item 3.1-3.3 inclusive)
The maximum duration of the framework will be two (2) years subject to satisfactory annual review of performance, with the option to extend by a further two years if required. The Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement.
