Meath County Council wish to establish a multi-party framework for Environmental Services. While these services will be primarily utilised by the Environment and Climate Action Team, the framework will be available to other sections within Meath County Council.
The initial contract to be awarded for the provision of the following:
• Develop a Baseline Energy/Carbon Footprint for Trim (as lead decarbonisation zone) and a full county report for Meath
• Establish a register of opportunities for Trim and County Meath
• Stakeholder Identification
• Develop a decarbonisation zone Implementation plan for Trim
