Additional information

GMIT will consult with the First-Ranked Framework Member via issue of “Call Off Contract Request” to establish whether any capacity/performance issues or a Conflict of Interest dictate that the First-Ranked Framework Member is unable to perform the proposed Call-Off Contract. If the First-Ranked Framework Member is unable to perform the Call-Off Contract subject to this Sub-Clause 4.4.4, the Contracting Authority will consult with the next ranked Framework Member. This process will be repeated until the Contracting Authority has deemed that a Framework Member is not precluded from performing the Call-Off Contract.
The ranking of the Framework Members as determined by the objective criteria used to establish this Framework Agreement and contained in the Request for Tender is as follows:
