It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies or services from a particular economic operator. There is an initial requirement for the equipment listed in the lots below for Grennan College, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny, subject to Department of Education sanction and funding. This equipment, if sanctioned, must be delivered, installed and commissioned between the last week in January 2022 and mid-February 2022 subject to the current works continuing on schedule.
