Short description

CommVault is used within the EirGrid Group for backup / restore functionality, and a Support and Maintenance contract is required in order to facilitate the smooth running of this afore mentioned backup / restore functionality from the product suite.
Base Requirements
- 24x7 Support and Maintenance, 365 days a year for all EirGrid Group comcells
- Support will include but not be restricted to:
o All Notifications of Software Updates
o All Product Fixes and Related Enhancements
o 24 hour access to CommVault Technical Assistance Centre (including Holidays)
o Quarterly Reports
o Purchase of additional software licences as required
- Support and Maintenance will be direct from CommVault however the purchase of this support and maintenance will be through the winning Tenderer.
- 3 year contract (the option to extend to years 4 and 5 using the same fixed price for products / services purchased during or currently licensed in years 1 - 3)

Description of the procurement

The contracting authority will not conclude this contract to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Council Directive 2014/25/EU, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification on concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the standstill period will be 14 calendar days where notifications are sent electronically or by fax and 16 calendar days where these are sent by any other means.
