Description of the procurement

SEAI require the Provision of Microsoft Licensing Services. The services required will be renewal of existing licences and additional licences for existing Microsoft Software Products i.e. where the SEAI is expanding all or part of its existing estates.
The service will include:
• Microsoft Licensing Agreement Types: Enterprise Agreement (EA), Enterprise Agreement Subscription (EAS), Server Cloud Enrolment (SCE), Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) Agreement, Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA), Open Agreement, Open Value/ Open Value Subscription Agreement, Select Plus Agreement (Government Select Agreement S6329424), Enrolment for Education Solutions (EES) Agreement and Open Value Subscription Agreement for Education Solutions (OVS-ES) and any future agreement types which may be introduced to replace the agreement types listed above.
SEAI will specify which Microsoft Licensing Agreement(s) they wish to buy under and the Microsoft Licenses and Services they require.

• Software Asset Management Services directly associated with Microsoft Software Products.
• Advisory Services directly associated with Microsoft Software Products.
• Pre and Post Sale Services.
• Management of the deployment of Microsoft Licenses.
