This RFT refers to the procurement of ONE suitably qualified economic operator to deliver the following services:
Service A: Training of Advisors (veterinarians) – The Contracting Authority requires the successful tenderer to provide training in animal health subjects to veterinarians who will then provide on-farm advice on animal health matters to eligible applicant farmers participating in the scheme;
and
Service B: Set up and organise the delivery of on farm animal health advisory service – The Contracting Authority requires a suitably qualified economic operator to receive applications from farmers and to match the applications with the trained On Farm Advisors (veterinarians).
