The Office of Public Works (OPW) intends establishing a multiparty Framework Contract for the purposes of delivering on maintenance and minor building works for the greater Dublin Region. This tender is for the selection of suitable economic operators for this framework contract: Building Maintenance Services and General Building Works in the Dublin Region.
The Office of Public Works (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of Building Maintenance Services and General Building Works in the Dublin Region as described in Tender Documents.
The tender is for inclusion in multiparty framework for Building Contractors.
The successful Contractors (“Participants) shall be appointed to the Framework and enter into a Measured Term Maintenance Contract for the Dublin Region.

Description of the procurement

The Office of Public Works is responsible for the provision of buildings for Central Government Departments, An Garda Síochána, and other State Agencies. It has a substantial building portfolio and much of this is in the greater Dublin area.
The Office of Public Works has a regular and on-going requirement for maintenance and minor works in the Dublin Region in buildings, including reactive maintenance (call-outs), planned and preventative maintenance and minor refurbishment and general improvements works.
