This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the supply of essential e-textbooks to support online provision of teaching, learning and assessment is required by the Library at University of Limerick.
The optimum solution is a model that offers users unlimited access to purchased titles on a “no turnaways basis”. By “no turnaways” we mean that users will be able to gain unlimited access to titles when required.
