The objective of this process is to produce a short-list of suitably qualified companies who would be invited to tender for the provision of Insurance Brokerage services. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), attached to the e-tenders notice, provides a description of services EirGrid wishes to procure as well as information about the selection procedure. It is intended to award a contract for 4 years with and option to extend for a further two years

Description of the procurement

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
The contracting authority did not conclude this contract to which a standstill period applied in accordance with Council Directive 2104/25/EU, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commenced on the day following the date of notification on concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the standstill period was 14 calendar days where notifications were sent electronically. The Statutory Instrument mentioned above provides that review procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining the reviewable public contract and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by an infringement of the law in relation to this contract.
