Architectural Services for Additional Accommodation at Scoil na mBráithre Primary School, Wexford Town. This is an Open Tender competition for a Type 2b project. DoES-QC1 Suitability Assessment Declaration 2017 (available on the website under School Building & Design > Appointment of Consultants) sets out the minimum standards to be achieved for a Type 2b project.
Scoil na mBráithre is a primary school under the trusteeship of The Edmund Rice Schools Trust and under the patronage of the Diocese of Ferns.

Section B:
Three Classroom SEN Base 441.1 m2
Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 564.6 m2
Giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases & lift: 1,113.0 m2
