The Contracting Authority has a requirement for the provision of parliamentary publishing and printing services, to include printing, electronic publishing, and related services in relation to parliamentary and other documents. For the avoidance of doubt, these services are imperative to the functioning of Parliament and for ensuring that all legislative and other parliamentary papers are available for Members (elected representatives) of the Houses of the Oireachtas when needed.
