Iarnród Éireann require the services of a multi-disciplinary consultant to carry out the preliminary design/planning, detailed design and construction phases of key elements of the larger Cork Area Commuter Rail Programme. The scope of the proposed contract will include the Double Tracking of the Glounthaune to Midleton Line and other associated works. The contract will comprise all elements of design including permanent way, signalling, civil, structural and environmental design as well as quantity surveying and planning services.
