Description of the procurement

Call for for competition with Pre Qualification Questionnaire for Electricity Meter Reading Services in the Republic of Ireland - pursuant to a multi service provider framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement will be two years with an option to extend at the Contracting Entity's discretion for a further year.

Please note the following information in relation to notice sections above IV.1.3 "...number of participates to the framework agreement 4"
The number of 4 stated in section IV.1.3 is an estimate of a final number of service providers that may be required. The Contracting Entity envisages that it will appoint between 2 and 4 Service Providers to the Framework Agreement. However, the number of Service Providers ultimately appointed will be the number determined by the Contracting Entity to be sufficient to provide the services required under the Framework. That number may be greater than or less than 4.
More information will be set out in the invitation to tender at that stage of the Procurement process.
