Monaghan County Council (Contracting Authority) are proposing to commission and appoint suitability qualified, experienced and competent Architectural Led Design Team Consultants (Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team) to provide all required consultancy services to deliver the proposed Castleblayney Market House & Market Square Project - Castleblayney Market Square Regeneration Phase II. The project involves the refurbishment of the Castleblayney Market House which is currently derelict and associated public realm works in the Market Square area of Castleblayney town.
