Short description
The purpose of this competition is establish a Single Operator Framework Agreement for the provision of Furniture Transporation and Related Services as and when they are required at any of NUI Galway's locations. The transportation of furniture and equipment is an integral aspect of hosting the different types of events and activities each year at the University's main Galway City campus. A limited amount of this service can be provided in-house using University-owned vehicles, however the assistance of professional furniture removal companies can often be required to handle larger scale projects or during peak times. These services are generally required during office hours, however on occasions, particularly relating to event setup/take down, services may be required at evenings/or over weekends. Main service requirements include a) Transportation of Furniture, b) removal and disposal of furniture, c) Move Services, and d) the provision of storage facilities.
