a. Minor carpentry installation and/or repairs of doors, windows furniture etc.
b. Bulb & starter replacement.
c. Inspection of manholes and moats around the buildings.
d. Drain maintenance, clearing blockages, roof valleys, gutters etc.
e. Reconfiguration of rooms.
