CHI requires an experienced healthcare Building Contractor to provide the following range of services.
• Minor building modification works
• Carpentry
• Cabinetry
• Minor External Works
• Flooring
• Plastering
• Building, Blockwork, and brickwork
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Painting
CHI will commence operational commissioning of the new Outpatients Department and Urgent Care Centre (OPD&UCC) on the campus of Tallaght University Hospital in early September 2021, with a completion target of end of October.
It is an objective of CHI to have a suitable qualified and experienced healthcare building contractor engaged to support this commissioning effort. The successful contractor(s) will also be approved under this tendering process to undertake works at any of the other CHI sites for the duration of the contract. This currently includes CHI at Crumlin, CHI at Temple Street, CHI at Tallaght and CHI at Connolly.
