The Contracting Authority, require an Architect led Single Point Design Team (SPDT) for the Design, Procurement, Construction and Delivery of the Project Opera Contract E (Parcels 2a&2b) Works, which includes the Apart‐Hotel on the Corner of Patrick & Ellen Street, Residential use above Retail at basement and ground floor at No.1 -5 Patrick St. & No.4 - 8 Ellen St., (Parcel 2a) and Restaurant / Café / Bar at 9A & 9B Ellen (Parcel 2b), on the Project Opera Site.
The Services to be provided include;
• Architect (incl. SPDT lead, Conservation Architect and Design Certifier & Resident Site Architect if required),
• Civil & Structural Engineer (incl. Ancillary Certifier & Resident Site Engineer if required),
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Ancillary Certifier & Resident Site Engineer if required),
• Façade Consulting Engineer, and
• Acoustic Engineer.
