Description of the procurement

The Contracting Authority proposes establishing contract(s) for the provision of Road Passenger Bus Hire for Rural Routes based in the North West and manged from Sligo and Ballina Operations.
The provision of these services will be for the purpose of supplementing existing bus services.
The requirement is for service providers to provide vehicles and drivers for the SPECIFIC UNDER MENTIONED RURAL ROUTES on the days specified.

Farragh Cross to Ballina (approximately sixty-eight (68) km per return trip) Friday Only
LOT 2 – Route 445
Ballina to Ballycastle (approximately eighty-six (86) km per return trip) Friday Only
LOT 3 – Route 468
Strokestown to Carrick-on-Shannon (approximately fifty (50) km per return trip) Mon, Wed & Sat Only (two return trips per day)
LOT 4 – Route 469
Sligo to Longford (approximately two hundred and eighteen (218) km per return trip) - Saturday Only
